Who am I?

I am Leslie Olsen and I have a Master’s degree in Health Policy.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, Fitness Coaching Specialist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Published Author, and I have worked in the field of fitness and health for more than thirty years.

Where do I get inspiration?

People ask me all the time ‘how do you keep running and working out after so many years’ and I have to ask myself has it really been that long? I guess my answer is that yes it has, but I love running, exercise, and of course I love life. My inspiration to stay motivated is simple – one day at a time, keep moving, and share the experience.

When I first started my fitness journey I wanted to help people get and stay healthy. Encouragement comes a drop at a time – through kind words, positive actions, and of course by emulation. We all search for something or someone to help us, sometimes without really knowing what we are looking for. Answers find their way into our lives. I believe that if we are lucky enough to touch one soul and inspire them to reach further than the day before, then we are blessed.

So what am I doing now?

As I broadened my scope of practice to include writing and publishing, I found a new avenue to reach out to others – the value of social networking and luckily, I love to write. Researching and publishing articles allows me to not only inform others about what is new, healthy, interesting, and fascinating for me personally, but also to discover and learn about what might be important to them.

Let’s grow and get there together.

Today we have unique options to expand our businesses because, of course, part of the journey includes making a living. That is how we succeed – combining our efforts and collaborating through networking so that we all grow. My journey has been fun, and I sincerely hope we can explore this exciting opportunity, learn and help each other share our worlds – one word, one day, one business at a time.

If I understand your comment properly (not sure what ‘weiehtalr’ means but I think you meant wealthier). then I believe this is a good thing for you Cherilynn. Thanks for your comment.
